With over 25 years of dance experience and 7 years in the fitness industry, I bring a dynamic, movement-based approach to training women of all ages and fitness levels. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
